This Privacy Policy explains how Stoke Motorsports Inc. (“Stoke Motorsports,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit stokemoto.com, contact the shop, create an account or make a purchase.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account credentials, order details, service inquiry and communications. Our contact form also records the page used, delivery status and a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for spam and abuse prevention.
When you browse the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as browser type, IP address, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
How we use information
- Process orders, payments, fulfillment, returns and account activity.

Orders and payment processing
Our store is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce. Payment information is sent to the payment provider selected at checkout. Stoke Motorsports does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on this website. Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
Google services and product listings
We may use Google services for product listings, advertising, analytics, maps, fraud prevention and measurement. Information such as product interactions, page activity, device details and purchase events may be sent to Google when those services are enabled. Google handles that information under its own policies and account controls. A map embedded on our Contact page may also receive technical and usage information when it loads.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and local storage help maintain your cart, sign-in state, preferences, security controls and site performance. Analytics or advertising cookies may be used when those services are enabled. You can limit cookies in your browser, although cart, account and checkout functions may not work correctly without essential cookies.
Contact forms and anti-spam
Contact-form submissions are stored in a private WordPress inbox and emailed to the shop so we can respond. They are scheduled for deletion after 365 days. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse; Cloudflare may process device, network and interaction information to provide that security service.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, order fulfillment, shipping, accounting, analytics, advertising, product feeds, security and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or as part of a merger, sale or business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention
We retain order and transaction records as needed for fulfillment, tax, accounting, warranty, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Account information is kept while the account remains active and as required afterward. Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 365 days unless a longer period is needed for an active request, dispute or legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account or contact-form submissions, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the message instructions or by contacting us. Browser and device settings may provide additional cookie and advertising controls.
Security and children
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when our store, service providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
